For over 20 years, the diamond illusion plug has been perhaps our most popular item. Manufactured from aluminum, this 3mm setting is machine faceted and hand set with diamonds ranging from 1/400ct (1/4pt) to 3/100cts (3pt), and can be set with either single cut or rough cut stones.

One of the things that make this item so popular as a premium is its versatility. The illusion setting can be used in all types of jewelry such as pendants, earrings, and pins, and many types of non-jewelry items such as bookmarks and pens. Since the setting is able to handle a wide range of stone sizes (and qualities), a product can often be easily produced to meet any budgetary constraint.

Another reason why this item is so popular with our customers is because of its high perceived value. Although many types of semi-precious stones are highly sought after, no other single type of stone is more popular or is more recognized for its value than the diamond.
