Can I have you create a different design?
Absolutely. We would be happy to work with you to create either a new microviewer or new jewelry item.

How do I go about creating a new microviewer based on my own design?
Typically, all we require is artwork or a picture from you.

How much does it cost to create a new microviewer?
Once we have your design work, the setup charge for a black and white design is $400(USD), and approximately $1300(USD) for a color design.

Once I create my own design, how many pieces do I have to purchase when I place an order?
The minimum quantity for a black and white design is 5,000pcs and the minimum quantity for a color design is 20,000pcs.

Is there a minimum quantity if I want to order an existing design?
With the exception the MC1005 Lord's Prayer (Catholic Version in English), the minimum quantities are the same. The minimum quantity for the MC1005 is 144pcs.

Does this mean that I have to order either 5,000 or 20,000pcs of jewelry if I create my own design or order an existing design?
No. We would only require that you order at least 144pcs of finished goods. However, you would be responsible for purchasing the entire minimum amount of microviewers. We would either send these pieces to you or hold them here for your future orders.

How much will just the microviewers cost?
The price for 5,000pcs of a black and white message is $.80ea (EX WORKS)
The price for 20,000pcs of a color message is $.85ea (EX WORKS)

How long will it take before I receive my order?
For a new black and white message, it will take approximately two weeks for samples and four weeks for production.
For a new color message, it will take approximately four weeks for samples and six weeks for production.
After we complete the microviewers, a finished piece of jewelry will only take an additional week or so.
